About

Practical AI integration for businesses that already work.

Atlas Control is a Melbourne-based AI integration practice. We don't sell chatbots. We don't sell subscriptions. We integrate AI directly into the recurring workflows that already run your business — invoicing, customer reply triage, supplier ordering, reporting — and we hand you the keys.

Why we exist

Most AI products treat AI like rented capability: log in, copy, paste, hope for the best. That works for individuals. For a small business with 5–50 staff, it doesn't.

Real businesses run on a handful of recurring workflows that eat the week. Atlas Control identifies those, integrates AI into them with the right cadence and the right approval gates, and runs it on hardware you own.

How we work

  • Discovery, not dazzle. Our first call is a workflow inventory, not a sales pitch. If we're not the right fit, we say so.
  • Workflows, not features. You sign off on a named list of workflows before we build. That's the scope. Nothing fuzzy.
  • Local hardware, local control. Mac Mini in your office, or ours. Your data stays on-site. Tailscale for remote support — never a public tunnel into your network.
  • Monthly refinement. AI integration isn't set-and-forget. Every month we review the output, sharpen the workflows, swap things in.
  • You own what we build. The skill files, the configurations, the runbook — yours. If you ever want to take it in-house, you can.

Where we focus

Melbourne F&B, hospitality groups, food distributors, specialty coffee, catering, deli, and other ops-heavy small businesses. Industries where the team already knows what eats their week — they just need someone to actually integrate AI into it.

Who runs it

Atlas Control is run by Taiaha Nicholls, based in Melbourne. Currently building case studies with established Melbourne operators. If you'd like to be one, the next discovery slot is yours.
